"Unacceptable! No hot or cold water in our bath rooms. The swimming pool and hot tub are not usable. Half of the outlets didn't work in our replacement rooms. Dead bugs and toenail clippings under the bed. The staff at Saddle West acted like complaints were not a big deal and did nothing unless pressured to do so by guests. No coffee, no microwave, no refrigerator, and in our case no running water or half the outlets for phone charging etc."

"Check in was fast and easy, the room was about what you would expect at the price point. Just be aware the casino is a smoking casino. "

"Nice big room, kitchenette was nice. Huge TV blocked the view, could not see out the window. Breakfast was nice. Would stay here again if passing through. "

"convenient location to DV NP. A bit far (6 miles) from Pahrump though, this did not bother us much. It has a pizza shop but it was closed Mon/Tues, so we did not get the chance of using it. We had to drive to town for dinner. "

"All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is older but well maintained. No elevators. The restaurant served good food and portions were plentiful. Location is remote and beautiful. I enjoyed looking at the night sky and sunrise from the balcony. "

"Amazing location if you want to be in the NW rather than on the strip. Quiet, close to shooping and restaurants, clean. Loved it!"
