 Villa located in Mougins city near Cannes known for its typically Provençal village, in a residential area.  
Calm, comfortable, everything is conducive to rest and relaxation.  
House and swimming pool (9x4m) facing south, to be able to fully enjoy the sun and swimming from morning to evening.  
The house is composed of a large living room with living room, an American kitchen with fridge, ice dispenser, and a kitchenette, four bedrooms, two of which overlook the swimming pool, a bathroom with bath, 'a bathroom with spa shower, three toilets.  
The pool house is equipped with a charcoal barbecue, electric barbecue, a pizza oven.  
Security deposit required, deposit upon reservation, declining rate depending on duration.  
Final cleaning 150 euros.  
Deckchairs by the pool for lounging, garden furniture to relax and enjoy the flower garden.  
Pool house for aperitifs, grills, pizza by the pool.  
Tables on the terrace, and by the pool, so that you can have your meals outside in the garden.

#### Semaine de vacances en famille à Mougins

Location parfaite pour une semaine familiale. Si on pouvait mettre 6\*, je mettrais la 6ème sans hésiter ! Pour l’accueil, la disponibilité et la gentillesse des hôtes. La maison est parfaite, très bien entretenue et équipée. Piscine et espaces repas extérieurs également. Proche de tous commerces. Nous reviendrons ! Corinne B.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus mit Pool entsprach genau die Beschreibung. Die Vermieter sind freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und waren bei jeder Gelegenheit behilflich. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.
