"The service from the Nikko staff was excellent! Everyone was so friendly, professional and we felt welcomed & appreciated. The hotel is lovely and I had no issues with the hotel. But I will say - one street over (O'Farrell) is scary (drug & mental health related homelessness). The hotel did have security at the doors at night and key access was required to get in. I felt safe in the hotel."

The check-in staff was so friendly and sweet, and we had only reserved our room less than a half hour before showing up. Not a problem at all! We had a pleasant dinner at the resaurant and enjoyed a soak on the hottub. Room was clean and comfortable and had a view of the city!"
