Located on the 2nd floor of the Sequoia residence in Avoriaz, this renovated charming studio of 34m² comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. Perfect for a practical and pleasant stay in the heart of the resort.

After a few steps from the entrance, you will find an open-plan kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, combined oven/microwave, induction hobs, refrigerator) integrated into the main room. A bunk bed (2 beds 80x190 cm) is also located in this space.
The lounge, which can be separated by a sliding door, features a 140x190 cm sofa bed, a small fireplace and a TV. The South-East facing balcony offers a beautiful view of the mountains and the resort.

It marks the turning point that leads to the Place des Dromonts and its recently renovated shops, including a bowling alley, restaurants, caterer, wine and deli shop, and ski shops.
