"Terrible experience. Had a confirmed reservation at this Holiday Inn for 3 nights. We landed in Memphis at midnight and immediately got a call from the hotel saying they had overbooked and had no room for us. Nothing could be done - basically just "I'm sorry, we have no rooms and you'll have to find another place to stay. So at midnight we had to start calling other hotels to book a new one because nothing can be booked online at midnight for the same night. Was a very unpleasant start to our visit. Would never book here again."

"My room was horrible. The hallway carpet was disgusting. The phone on the desk didn't work. There was no smoke detector. Floors hadn't been vacuumed. Coffee table was sticky and hadn't been cleaned. The sheer curtain had a huge tear in it so the blackout curtain was closed when I got in the room, which should have let me know something was wrong. The back of the remote control was missing. The walls are extremely thin. I got woken up Friday night by the people next door having sex, very loudly I might add. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning there."

"Property was fine what we expected. The other tenants were the problem kids running the halls and screaming slamming doors until 1:30 am."

"The air conditioning in the room did not work. I called the front desk and told them and the lady said "We have never had A/C problems in that room before". She stated that someone would come look at it but no one ever came. After 45 minutes, I just returned the keys and checked out. The lady at the deak said she would let someone know and that I would be reimbursed for my one night stay, that never happened. Still waiting for reimbursement. "

"Perfect spot for my business trip. Gated parking. Great to have a laundry area for my extended trip."
