"I’ve stayed here a bunch of times over the last 4yrs, so Ive watched this property transform with all the repairs. I was a little disappointed when I noticed the shower wasn’t completely cleaned because the clear top to someone’s razor that was left in there. That meant nobody cleaned that area. None of the ice machines were working so I had to go to the bar to get ice. A couple piece of ice had frozen black particles inside a few pieces. And I had a really bad issue with ladybugs all night and morning. They kept popping up on my bed sheets, the cup I was drinking out of, and that ice bucket. This is my first time experiencing that at this property."
