« Although the front desk staff was nice and helpful, unfortunately the hotel itself was not sanitary. Upon entering the hotel room there was a foul smell, stains on the comforter, a bug in the bathroom, and the toilet paper roll was soiled and yellow (look like it had been fully saturated with liquid and then dried out) and half used.
