"The one-room cabin was overall wonderful. The view of the Trout Lake is beautiful, and the cabin is centrally located for any destination you want to get to. The host was polite, and answered every question or concern we had almost immediately. The little heater in the bathroom was a big plus. Towels and blankets were plentiful and the entire cabin was cleaned with some cooking utensils which made making dinner easy. Overall amazing stay!"

"The cabin is so cozy as well as clean and well equipped. We also enjoyed having campfires in the backyard. We were a comfortable driving distance from the ferry to Mackinac Island, beaches, Headlands International Dark Sky, MacGulpin Lighthouse and shopping at Mackinaw City. Mike is a great host, available if we needed something. We would highly recommend a stay at this cabin."

"This property doesn't have direct lake access, but it is nearby lots of quaint beach heads and ferries to the island. Reasonable amenities, reasonable hosts that aren't weirdos, very quiet area. Beds were absurdly comfortable. Everybody slept great!"
