« Comfortable bed and bedding in a very cozy bedroom. The hot tub was clean. Its rare to have a hot tub that is as well taken care of as the one at this property. The home was clean and was setup to make us feel right at home. The only thing we lacked was salt and pepper :). The location was perfect. A short walk to many great eateries including Dolina's but just far enough away from the Plaza to not have to deal with traffic/parking (onsite parking is very convenient). « Left a day early due to cleanliness issues. Host did not respond to timely explanation of issues and refused to refund cleaning fee for unclean space, let alone the night we didn't start. I found an excrement mark on my towel. Anyone with pets or children knows this washes out, thus I can only conclude that my bath towel was unwashed. Spare towels also dirty. Floors dirty and in bad repair. Long hair left in tub. I respectfully submitted my concerns to the host as is required and was ignored/not...
