"Breakfast was simple but enough. Some of the best snorkeling we found across the island was off the beach of the hotel. The use of kayaks made it really fun to kayak to the nearby bay and over towards the nearby Hilton bungalows. The property has older furnishings but we didn’t plan to be in our room much and turned out we Weren’t so it worked well for us. I’d recommend renting a car or scooter if staying here to help ease with exploration of the island"

"Great location with eclectic charm. Wonderful to be right on the lagoon and watch the fish and sharks cruise by! Lots of comfortable seating areas to curl up with a book. They have a book filled with local eating spots and menus which was appreciated. Kayaks are available, although seems crazy to have an additional charge on top of room price. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There were some soft areas in the floor which is concerning since it was on the second floor."

"Was certainly a place that we would consider staying again and arnaud was excellent, but you must be aware that you are on the exact opposite side of the island of most of the commerce and activity. Not a big big deal as it’s only 25 to 30 minutes, but you will not find a restaurant or anything like that just down the street. there is a small family type store just across the street however for drinks and what not. Also, although the view is excellent the water immediately behind the property is not nearly as breathtaking as the water on the northern side of the island and around to the west side. It’s dark and I can’t tell you exactly why but it’s not really inviting like the water on the other side. It is a more beautiful blue maybe 200 m out and beyond but it’s just different. If you’re not gonna swim, it’s not a big deal. The area behind the rooms is a little Shangri-La as you can lay amongst the palm trees and weed or go to sleep or anything like that and it’s all private so that is a very, very nice feature. The pool was inviting, although I did not use it, and there was a Jacuzzi as well.. arnaud prepared some scrambled egg for us and they were awesome. I would not hesitate to stay there again, although if I wanted to be closer to the commerce and businesses, I would probably stay on the northern side of the island.."
