Welcome to your Cloverdale home located only 5 minutes way from downtown, Montgomery! This 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom duplex can accommodate up to 4 guests and is located close to local amenities such as grocery stores and food services. It features a full kitchen, large yard, porch and charming, homey interior!  
  
The Space:  
  
You will be welcomed by a green front yard surrounded by tall trees ready to transform you into relaxation mode. Park your vehicle on the driveway and enjoy your new home away from home.   
  
Gather together and relax in the cosy living room with comfortable seating options such as an L-shaped sofa and armchairs. The soft furnishings will make you feel right at home, providing the perfect place to wind down or socialise after a long day at work or out exploring the city. Turn on the Smart TV and watch your favourite shows or use the free Wi-Fi to stay up to date with work.  
  
The kitchen offers all the utensils, dishes and cookware for convenient and healthy home cooking. Cook and clean up with appliances such as a stove, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher and enjoy your meals at the 6-seater dining table.  
  
Both bedrooms are elegant spaces offering hotel-quality linen for a good night’s rest. The bright and airy rooms have their own TVs, bedside tables, closet space, ceiling fans and furniture such as chairs or a dressing table. The house was very clean and perfectly ready as we arrived! When we arrived the house was already cooled with the air conditioner which was greatly appreciated as the temperature outside was really hot! The beds and living room were very comfortable! The location was great too! We walked around the neighborhood and saw many families doing the same! My only complaint is the limited cooking supplies. We are used to cooking and eating at home so it was a challenge cooking at this house. But the kitchen and laundry worked out great! Definitely an all around great stay!

#### Cute little Cloverdale Retreat

Owners/property managers are great and very responsive. House is old but quite comfortable. Cloverdale is an awesome little historic neighborhood, surrounding communities not so much. Easy access to freeways and central location is perfect for seeing Montgomery. Dog next door is quite annoying especially if you have dogs of your own. Screened in patio is awesome for enjoying the nice Montgomery mornings and evenings. Would definitely stay here again.
