This 5 bedroom beach house is truly "Good for the Soul"! It's more than a name, it describes the feeling you will get when when you step onto the huge sun deck and see the magnificent view and actually breathe the air while hearing the rush of the waves. You won't be able to resist the urge to run through the sugar white sand to the beach and splash in the Gulf of Mexico! Don't even worry about packing a lot of gear to the beach because everything is just a short walk back! After enjoying the beach, you will love the outdoor shower and swings under the house where its shaded and a cool wind blows. The open floor plan allows everyone to be together and enjoy the Gulf Views while lounging or watching TV in the living area, dining at the family table, or while preparing meals or just making a snack in the kitchen. The king master and the first queen guest bedroom and the living/dining area have double glass panel doors that lead to the sun deck and allows plenty of natural light inside and a fantastic view. The other 2 upstairs bedrooms have windows with a "Gulf View"! The doors and windows are conveniently equipped with shades so everyone can sleep late, even the guest on the sofa sleeper! The 4 bedrooms are located on each corner of the house and a full bath is on both ends. The fifth bedroom is located on the ground floor and adjoins a bathroom with a shower. This bathroom and outdoor shower is great for your beach traffic! The ground floor is furnished with swings and offers covered parking. The home is equipped with a full size washer and dryer, full size kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher,. The small appliances include a coffee maker, toaster, blender, hand mixer and a can opener. The cabinets are fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. A "one day" supply of hand washing & automatic dish washing detergent, cloths detergent, one garbage bag & one roll of paper towels are supplied. Please bring food, paper good, detergents, and more trash bags. The beds are made with fresh white linen and a sofa sleeper linen set is provided. Both bathrooms are supplied with one roll of toilet tissue, a personal bar of soap and shampoo/conditioner. Please bring beach towels and toiletries. PET FRIENDLY: Owner allows up to two dogs with a 60 pound limit each. Must be leashed when outside of house or at the beach. Pet owner must clean up behind them. No cats are are allowed. Other types of pets may be allow upon approval. AMENITIES INFO: The owner of this beach house is a member of The Clubhouse located at The Beach Club which is approximately a 7 minute walk down the beach towards the West. Without paying an additional fee you may patron the fine dining restaurant, "The Coast" with a spectacular Gulf view from The Clubhouse second floor (Seasonally) or "The Hide Away" bar and grill on the North side of the resort and you may patron the salon and spa located on the first floor of "The Clubhouse". Seasonally, there is a tram for free rides around the resort. You may drive if preferred. Also, seasonally, beach rentals are available through The Clubhouse, which includes parasailing, kayaks, water rides and more, but fees apply for each item. If you would like to access the private pool, hot tub, indoor pool, game room, tiki bar and grill, and tennis courts, a daily fee of approximately $45 per day, which covers everyone in your party, per day, for the days you choose. Cabana beach is a magical beach and this was the perfect t house for our large family. The deck was a nice gathering place for my birthday 70th birthday. We have stayed at different house over the year but this one actually has comfortable furniture to relax and play games when we were not at the beach. Very nice features like the huge deck with beautiful views of the Gulf and easy access to the beach - a short stroll across the street. The ice machine in the kitchen was a welcome amenity. We were surprised to find the house had just been remodeled, everything was beautiful inside! The location was perfect, and one of the partners that owned thr house even brought us a Christmas tree. By mid-afternoon the sun was behind the Beach Club Condo shading the deck making is a nice place to sit out with the breeze. The large deck area made it perfect for two 1-year old & one 3-years old children to play and hang-out with parents & grandparents. Good view of the Gulf from the deck. ##### Paul C. The home was spotless upon arrival and had a beautiful modern coastal aesthetic. The kitchen and bathrooms have a fresh, updated feel. There was plenty of space for our group to spread out and relax, the large spacious deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening chats. We also really appreciated how well-equipped the home was with beach gear and how easy the boardwalk access was to the beach, just a short walk away. We did run into a minor issue with the air conditioning on our first night, but the host was responsive and had the problem resolved promptly. Overall, it was a great rental! ##### Jamie L. Great thoughtful beach toys, you don’t have to bring any beach items; they had chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the kids. The communication with the manager was amazing and she always had consistent communication. I highly recommend and can’t wait to go back. ##### paula d. We couldn’t sleep in it because it smelled so bad. Everyone had to sleep upstairs. We pulled the covers back upstairs to go to bed and it was sand in the bed. No need to bring chairs and beach toys they had everything we needed. You can see the ocean from the deck. Mornings and evenings on the deck were amazing. The condo next door had fireworks for the 4th of July and we had the best view. Charcoal grill was great for cooking out. ##### Jennifer M.
