« Nous avions fait le Check-In en ligne mais il a fallu attendre dans les 45 minutes pour avoir nos clés. Ça ne sert à rien de le faire en ligne car vous devez attendre que les autres clients devant vous soient enregistrés pour obtenir vos clés. Vers 23h nous avons voulu dormir et nous nous sommes rendus compte que le sofa n’était pas un sofa-bed. Il manquait donc deux couchages. Nous sommes passés à l’accueil et c’était une erreur. « Réveillé en pleine nuit par des bruits de canalisation nous faisant penser à un tremblement de terre qui étaient connus de l’hôtel. Nous avons du changer de chambre en pleine nuit. Le manager Mr C présent le lendemain nous a dit qu’il allait faire le nécessaire pour que nous soyons remboursé mais voilà cela fait maintenant 5 mois et nous n’avons rien. Cela est inadmissible vu l’hôtel…. »

« Very clean and comfortable hotel. Attendant at check-in told me breakfast was until 9:30 am, which was not true on a Thursday (it's only until 9 am). When I showed up too late, staff did all they could to give me the food that was left, and were very accomodating. I highly recommend this place. »

« Tres mauvaise reception lors de notre arrivé pour effectué le check in. La chambre etait sale. Des cheveux dans le lits et baignoire. En plein hotel mon envelope avec mon argent pour les vacances a disparu. Donc vacances ruiné. Je ne retournerai plus a cet hotel. Je ne le recommande pas non plus les seules conveniant sont le fait d'avoire une cuisine dans la chambre et des magasins proche. »

"Réveillé en pleine nuit par des bruits de canalisation nous faisant penser à un tremblement de terre qui étaient connus de l’hôtel. Nous avons du changer de chambre en pleine nuit. Le manager Mr C présent le lendemain nous a dit qu’il allait faire le nécessaire pour que nous soyons remboursé mais voilà cela fait maintenant 5 mois et nous n’avons rien. Cela est inadmissible vu l’hôtel…. "
