« The location was easy to find using google maps. It was very nice and we enjoyed our stay very much. It's a short distance to downtown Durango. It had everything we needed. Friendly owner and easy process. Beautiful view. Will definitely be coming back. »

« The place was great! Beautiful location, clean and tidy. Had everything you would ever need provided. Our only challenge was getting our luggage up the 4 half flight of steps. We didn't realize the location was on the 3rd floor. We are both over 65 & the altitude got to us. Highly recommend this place to stay year round. »

« Overall I absolutely loved my vaction rental. The amenities are 5 stars, the view was extremely relaxing, the kitchen was luxurious, and the projector was a nice fancy touch. Me and my daughter loved the place. I would highly recommend to anyone looki g to stay in the area we stayed and went to the Polar express train ride about 30 minutes away in town. That was a once in a lifetime experience aswell. Personally the bed was more comfortable sleeping on top of the comfortor with our own blanket. »

« Do not let the description fool you. It’s way worse than what the 3.4/10 rating implies. The description on the site is about 40% accurate. This is not your typical apartment rental. When they say “owner may be on premises” they actually mean, “owner lives above the apartment”. Which wasn’t the biggest issue. There is NO TV, NO Laptop work area because there is no internet. Also the cell service is spotty at best, and cut off about a half mile away from the property. So if something went...

« My stay was amazing, very comfortable and I found everything I needed and more at the house. The property and space are immaculate and owners are wonderful. They made sure I knew I could contact them with any questions or needs. There’s easy access to downtown Mancos, Cortez and Durango for adventures though you don’t need to leave the house to enjoy a breathtaking view! You cannot go wrong with a stay here! »
