« Awesome location. This condo was an easy drive to the ski slopes and Durango restaurants and activities. The resort is very nice. Has a fitness center and indoor pool, restaurants and bars. The condo had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and a nice tv. Very clean. The kitchenette had coffee and coffee makings for the single cup keurig. Enough cookware for light cooking on 2 burner stove or toaster oven. We have no complaints. Had a wonderful vacation. »

« Super cute cabin, great set up with everything you need to make it your home away from home. Be extra careful with the spiral staircase if you’re not very graceful like me. Drinking coffee on the swing in the morning watching the sunrise over the mountain was the highlight for me! »

« WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER THIS MANAGEMENT.
This was one of the worst lodging experiences I have ever had. The issue was not that the unit lacked air conditioning — that was expected. The issue was that the bedroom became unbearably hot, and the only realistic way to get any ventilation was to open the window. But the window had NO SCREEN.
When I cracked the window because the room was so hot, mosquitoes and insects came in, and I was bitten. So the choice was either sleep in an unbearably...

« This is a very average rental, especially when you consider the high price point. The unit is not a kitchenette "as advertised", and was not well stocked, we ran out of essentials like toilet paper and trash bags. The furnishings are "well used", the hot tub was cold, and there is an adjoining room that the sound bleeds through. Our neighbor had a dog that barked constantly when they left.
