Las personas de recepcion no me pudieron ayudar a solucionar temas con la reserva y una negacion completa a comprender el problema. Nunca hubo comunicacion entre el Hotel y Expedia. Ambos servicios de soporte fueron fatales, tanto Fiesta Inn como Expedia.

La habitación estaba muy limpia y con aire acondicionado, cama confortable El hotel en general es muy limpio y cerca de dos plazas muy grandes, además en la avenida se puede tomar el transporte público para facilitar la movilidad o en su caso en Uber. Cuenta con un restaurante, la comida no es muy buena y le falta variedad, además, es algo elevado el costo. La alberca está al aire libre, está bien si solo vas a relajarte un rato porque no hay ningún servicio en la alberca, no está cerca el módulo de toallas, tuvimos que ir a la recepción por ellas.

TWater pooled in the shower, sink, and kitchenette; the towels and sheets smelled rotten, as if the water used to wash them was recycled and dirty—in fact, they looked gray rather than white. A large number of guests were manual laborers—over 80%—which made the atmosphere unsuitable for families; I wouldn't recommend it for families. The rate is very high considering what the customer gets. Breakfast costs $20—very expensive for Mexico.
