The person working at nidnight shift Maria was very unprofessional and wasn't kind, she never studied hospitality and tourism, she gave me a room with a dirty head shower it had mold all over I took a picture and showed it to her and changedc ne tio another The price is bot worth the roon

Very centric hotel, not old but could use a remodel. Close to malls, entertainment, and transportation. The experience in general was good, excellent service from the staff. At night it gets kinda unsafe outside, all stores closed and low light conditions. Perhaps is due to ir being right in the middle of downtown and not much activity after hours.

It is very nasty, dirty, mold in isle carpets, only one elevator for all 15 floors (very long wait times) , staff said that corporate has been advised, but would not approve the repair for the other elevator. the beds are old and uncomfortable. Would never go back.

The Elevator was broken. I have my mother in a wheelchair and only 1 elevator running. They would allow up to 8 people per elevator ride, even with the sign saying only 4 people per ride.

Hotel definitely needs an upgrade. Only one elevator worked and it can only accommodate 4 people. Going up and down took forever. I ended up going down 11 floors through the stairs with luggage as it was taking very long. Hallways look terrible. Room was clean but AC wouldn’t cool down. Restroom had a leaking faucet and the shower had very cold water dripping from the ceiling through a thing line. I’m thinking maybe it was from the AC. Room felt really humid.

Ha sido una de las peores experiencias, el elevador no sirve bien , se traba, se cancela la selección de pisos y te hace dar muchas vueltas innecesarias. Desde que llegamos se veía una mala limpieza del cuarto, había unos calcetines de los huéspedes anteriores debajo de la cama así como basura. El segundo día no pusieron toallas cuando hablé para pedirlas tardaron más de 40 minutos en llevarlas (( y eso porque ya había bajado a recepción a pedirlas pero no me las quisieron dar ahi)) El tercer día se atoró la puerta del baño y una de las personas se quedó encerrada durante aproximadamente 30 minutos hasta que logramos abrirla y ya después llegó alguien de mantenimiento el cual reparó la chapa pero dejó todo el piso lleno de astillas. Y justamente ese día no hicieron la limpieza del cuarto por lo cual se quedaron esas astillas en el piso todo el tiempo. El cuarto día solo pusieron dos toallas (( éramos 3 huéspedes en la habitación)) y ni siquiera aspiraron bien Al momento del check out no pude dejar la maleta en resguardo porque dijeron que ya estaba todo lleno, mi vuelo salia hasta las 8 y tuve que estar cargando la maleta todo el tiempo (jamás me había pasado esto en ningún hotel que había hospedado)
