"Room was excellent and clean. Temperature upon entering room was 59 degrees! So a little cold. Fridge was set to freezing also. Arrived around 4 and came back to room around 7. Took shower but hot water was nonexistent. Heat came back the next morning. Grounds of property were nice but not what was pictured on website (e.g., misleading). Breakfast buffet was overpriced so we went elsewhere."

"The room was clean, the entire porperty was actually. I just wished the pool was open until 10 PM, and not 8 PM, especially when we checked in at 8:25."

"Hotel and the room ambiance was very good. There’s still some places the hotel need an improvement in the terms of checking all the amenities before allowing the customer to use the room. In my case, phone was not working in my room and we went to the lobby to talk to the front desk. Restaurant service to be looked at in the future"

"Location about ) miles from Times Square. Easy to get to by the subway. I would start my bike journey every morning from this neighborhood and explore the many areas of Manhattan many people may not see. Bike ride included a beautiful ride along the Hudson River. Staff was fantastic. The neighborhood was very lively and colorful. Room was very comfortable as a solo traveler. Nice restaurant connected to the hotel. Happy I took a chance on this location this time- normally stay in Times Square but thought I try something completely different."
