4/10 Poor

"We got what we paid for at $65 per night. Hallway smelled like cigarettes, dogs barking in multiple rooms, dog poop smeared on the entrance walkway. Live and dead bugs in the room, heating/air conditioning unit didn’t work. The whole room felt damp. Lights were constantly flickering. Our room was on the first floor near an exit door and the stairwell and we heard slamming doors late into the night. Room advertised two queen beds but they were definitely doubles/fulls. Can’t speak to the breakfast as we didn’t eat it. Our standards aren’t all that high but this hotel was a big disappointment."

"Excellent hotel with everything of the highest quality. The staff from the valet who parked our car right through to the front desk staff who checked us out were polite, professional and charming. Our room was immaculate and beautifully appointed with high quality cotton sheets, great towels, high speed WiFi and the comfiest bed ever. We dined in the roof top bar where the impeccable service continued and food was top drawer! The bar had a small selection of craft beers and made a wicked cosmo then our food was beautifully prepared. 100% we will be back!"

"We liked our stay. The blinds did not go up and because some strings were frayed and there was a bit of mold in the bathroom. They view was wonderful and we saw lots of deer. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. People that work there are supper friendly."
