"Cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment ,New and Modern . Apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood Downtown Monroe. Location is 20 min from Woodinville and world class wineries, 30 min from Bellevue and Redmond, Sea-Tac Airport is less than 55 min away, Seattle downtown is less than 45 mins away. Apartment front door is on second level and has washer dryer as you enter. There is plenty of parking on site."

Perfect stay for a long weekend
Modern, clean apartment that is within walking distance of stores and restaurants. It was perfect for our group for a soccer tournament in nearby Snohomish. The couch/bed options for kids was perfect. The laundry in the unit was a major bonus with the need to wash jerseys. The appliances were perfect. My only wish is that there were more mirror options since it’s just a 1 bathroom unit (just for getting ready when someone is in the bathroom). The A/C was perfect for the hot days. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Great property
This was a great place for families. Be aware that there are stairs if that's an issue (wasn't for our group), and the 2 chairs that fold out to beds are in the main room by the TV. Perfect for our teens boys, but may not be for others. Very clean property, loved the Keurig (just like ours at home), no issues with parking, as it has a separate parking area. Overall, great place.

We needed a place between family and our play destinations. The apartment was clean, well stocked and was comfortable. There are nearby trains the run and blow their horns, but it wasn’t for long or too bad. We would definitely stay here again.
