It was freezing out and water dripped on us while we were standing on the porch on hold. we were n the porch as there was no cell service in the area. we were using the wifi in the unit. We finely called reservations and connected with an agent who confirmed that we were given the wrong code. she help us get in th property"

"Arrived to find the walkway wasn’t cleared from 4’ of snow. Several dishes, utensils, and cups were dirty. Overall, the location was great but this unit could use some TLC and upgrading. Mold in the downstairs shower. Refrigerator was nice but the door hits the counter. "
