This charming four-bedroom, two-bathroom home is nestled back in a calm cove and is located close to Bridgewater Plaza, several local restaurants, and the grocery store. As you enter this beautiful home, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of space and seating, plus all your basic needs for your vacation cooking desires! Grab a book or a cup of coffee and enjoy the morning sunrise while sitting out on the screened porch, or have a meal on the deck at the picnic table that overlooks the gorgeous views of the lake. It is the best of both worlds! The living room and dining area provide plenty of seating and activities the whole family can enjoy - have a family game night or movie night on the TV! Three bedrooms and a full bathroom complete this level. The fourth bedroom is upstairs. Downstairs, you will find a second family room with a TV, an air hockey table, and two futons. Walking outside from the lower level, you will find a porch swing and a patio table to enjoy the outdoors. This home sits on a gently sloped lot and has easy access to the water. The spacious dock provides plenty of room to enjoy the lake and has room for one boat at the floater. There is a kayak and canoe for use as well. It’s a short 5-10 minute drive to a grocery store and some restaurants if you need to get food. The community has a basketball court, tennis court and two pickle all courts if you need a break from the water. We spent most of our time down on the dock. The cove is off the main drag so there’s not a lot of traffic. Our kids paddled up and down it without issue. Having the canoe and kayak was great. We didn’t have a boat so I can’t say how convenient it is to a boat ramp. Spent every evening enjoying the awesome view from the screened in porch. Lots of fireflies in the back yard and lights reflecting off the lake from across the way. Very relaxing. ##### Charlie M.
