Watch out for the front step--it's a doozy. Great to have all the amusement stuff in the basement--foosball, air hockey, pool table. Batteries were dead in the TV and cable remotes. Main safety concern is gate from upper balcony: the bottom latch is completely detached, the nails don't even go in the wood, and a curious dog or kid can pry the gate open from the bottom even when it's locked on top. We brought our two dogs and there was a nice big yard and a stretch of safe green space to walk them down the road. The house is on a cul-de-sac so there is no traffic at all. The home was pristine when we arrived. Everything was provided for a very easy stay including the linens and towels for beds and showers. There is a little two person paddle boat to ride around the lake. We brought our own kayaks and paddle boards and it was nice to have those as options for water fun. The home is fairly close to neighbors who seemed to be the owners and not guests of the homes to either side of us which means that the neighbors were within earshot. The game room downstairs is a HUGE treat and we had an absolute BLAST using all of the games. This house is a really fantastic place to stay. ##### Jennifer B.
