The room was discusting. It had human fecal matter and blood on wall in bathroom, a used lubricated condom in the nightstand drawer, the refrigerator was a solid block of ice, only one receptacle worked in the room, the furniture was so badly stained you were afraid to sit on it. The toilet didn't work properly, the recptacle in bathroom did not work neither did their hairdryer. The room was overall filthy and can not believe you would even put them on your website. Guess I will not be using your site anymore. I will be contacting their corporate offices also. Will never stay in another Super 8 again. And their sign says newly remodeled. What a joke. Even though i had already paid $60.19 and had an email showing that they told me to canel that reservation and said i had to pay $125 for the night, then blamed it on Hotels.com for messing up my reservation even after they told me they gave my rrom away. The room smelled to high heaven of cigarettes and had to go to walmart to get candles. The tub dripped all the time and the toilet wouldnt fill back up with water so i had to use ice bucket to refill the tank. Other than that the floors and beds were clean and the ac work thats all that mattered to me. We were in town for a local event and this was the only room I could find with availability in the days prior. Upon arrival, "NEWLY REMODELED ROOMS" was on the marquee. Crappy amenities in bathroom. This property is a dump. The wifi was strong, but had exceeded its maximum number of connected devices when we were there (underrated for hotel traffic). Ancient a/c system, but it worked. Super 8's no pets policy results in a fresh, non-stinking room. No massive deodorizer to cover up cat and dog piss. Their biggest plus.
