« Good location and street parking was easy. This apartment needs a deep cleaning. The first bathroom needs a new floor register cover and the floor needs a good cleaning. We were not able to check in at 3:00 because the apartment had not been cleaned. The owner offered a meal, up to 50, at a local restaurant for the inconvenience, but we have not been reimbursed as he promised. The outdoor seating area does not look like the picture. »

« We are very happy with our stay. However, the feet of our kids became black due to floors were not mopped. Otherwise, it we are all satisifed. »

« Mouse poop on bed spread in one room and throw up on bed frame in another room. Told the people and nothing resolved. Could have given a little break on the price but nope, nothing. I have pictures, if needed. Besides that it was in good spot to get around to lots of places in the city. »

« To be honest, this does not accommodate sleeping 6. There is a loveseat which no one could be comfortable on as they’d slide off and are pleather. The stairs… one is caving in, another is VERY loose so someone with a hard time with knees, arthritis or back issues would have difficulty. The worst part is the beds. I do not often complain but when I tell you I was ready to leave at 2:30 in the morning from crying about the extremely HARD and HUGE dent in the one bed, the other is not comfortable...
