« Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a great location to downtown and restaurants. The house is a little tired and worn. Maybe needs some TLC. The blinds need to be replace because they were broken. The carpet in the living room needs to be cleaned or replaced. We were disappointed about things...

« Property clean, well furnished, comfortable, stocked well, close to everything in Pensacola. Over all , very satisfied. Just a couple of things you might want to be aware of.....no fire or carbon monoxide detectors, the hot water faucet in shower was very tricky, grass could be mowed and saw 3 small roaches and a couple of ants on kitchen counter. These in no way deterred from our stay but wanted you to be aware of. »
