Spacious modern cottage for you and your pup! When you stay with us, you will find that Auer House (pronounced “our”) is a modern home close to everything you need. It’s cozy, super clean, and has a hardwired workspace. Every room has a closet, smart TV, ceiling fan and overhead lighting. The fenced-in backyard includes Adirondack chairs and fire pit as well as a patio area. Auer House is less than 1.5 miles from the heart of downtown Pensacola, a four-minute drive, two miles from the newly opened Portside Pickle, 20 minutes from the beach, and 15 minutes from NAS Pensacola and the famous Blue Angels. Wedding at Supposey? You can walk to the venue! Sit on the front porch and catch a glimpse of them as they practice, and hear the roar of the engines! We have restaurants and a brewery within walking distance. Sanders Beach is a quick 7 minute drive away. You'll also find a newly built dog park just across the street adjacent to a park for everyone else! (We do have a $65 pet fee for their stay.) Each bedroom has its own closet, blackout shades, and memory foam mattresses for a great night's sleep. We have a kitchen stocked fully with all the tools you need to fix a quick breakfast or gourmet meal! A separate living space offers a workspace and comfy sectional to watch TV. Beach towels will be provided upon request. Please give me two-day’s notice. And, of course, we offer contactless check-in with our front door doorbell camera and keypad! Auer House is available for short-term or longer-term rentals. And we love our military! My dad was a Navy veteran, so please ask me about our military discount. It’s the least we can do! It was clean and inviting. The hosts thought of everything down to couch protectors for our dogs. Amenities abound, the house had everything we needed and more. The fenced backyard was very relaxing with comfy chairs. And our puppy loved the house too. Susan had everything for a dog, in case we may have forgotten something. It is centrally located to just about everything in Pensacola. And our host, Susan, was great - very responsive and welcoming. Very accommodating. Super nice. The location is close to the downtown area and the water. Not walking distance though but still close. I would recommend this house. It went absolutely flawless. The communication with the manager was quick and clear. The property was new, clean and comfortable. Had board games, corn hole and if our schedule wasn’t packed outside of the property, the home would be well suited just for a place to stay and decompress. I couldn’t have asked for a better first time experience and will be using the service again. A very high standard has been set by this team for all to be judged against. ##### Roger G.
