My husband an I found the rooms to be very well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the in room coffee maker with coffee pods were a great touch. The hair dryer and iron and ironing board a welcome touch. But the single best thing about this hotel was the staff who were professional, friendly and went out of their way to provide top-notch service. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone!

I have been coming here every-week for months and every time the room is ready , clean and the staff are great. My mother-in-law was put on hospice and they made sure everything was good and offered to do everything they could to help. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s right in the middle of Pensacola 5-10 mins to everything. Quiet at night and good coffee in the morning. 11 out 10, 6 Gold stars and they allow pets !!!!!
