« The location is convenient and the dedicated parking spot was appreciated. The apartment is fully furnished, and Beverly was very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with.The unit is very dated and not modern. Furniture is old and worn, with a noticeable musty smell. There is no air conditioning—only fans—which was uncomfortable. The bathtub was very old and looked unclean, the TV did not work properly, and lighting was dim with no overhead lights, lamps only. « The sliding doors are terrible. Won’t stay on track. The one in bedroom won’t open. The patio is small. The light above the stove did not work. The unit is spacious and it’s nice to have two bathrooms. A larger on wall tv would be better. Also the bbq is at the pool and requires charcoal. The bed was comfortable and I liked the ceiling fan in bedroom. Nice to have washer and dryer. Communication was good. Unit is near entrance. »
