"The staff was extremely helpful, the vast majority of the time. There was only one time when we ordered room service (a rather simple order of fries and fruit), which they mentioned could take up to 45 minutes to arrive at our room, which in fact took over an hour, at which point we called to cancel the order because we were exhausted from the long travel and preferred to go to bed. Otherwise, however, the staff was extremely kind and helpful with any questions we had, which we really appreciated. The room was quite clean and looked great. However, it had a bit of a damp smell, which we figured could be due to the humid climate, but which felt a little disconcerting. The bathtub was also not particularly clean, with yellow scuffs and marks around it. When I ran the bathtub in the room, the water flowed out yellow for about a minute before flowing normally and clear, but at this point, we were no longer in the mood for a bath. Otherwise, the housekeeping was extremely kind and did a wonderful job taking care of the room while we were out, and we were always ecstatic coming back to a clean room and cute animal figurines made with towels by the staff. The Steak House ribeye was very small compared to any other ribeye I've had, and it was hotter in the restaurant than outside (maybe the AC wasn't working?). The room's noise insulation was phenomenal as well for a quiet space, as we thought we would hear the music playing from outside while in the room, which wasn't the case"

The service staff is very well mannered and helpful, always willing to ensure you are having a good time. I would recommend this resort and most likely will be heading there again."

"The property was well maintained, easily walkable, and had great food choices. The Club Level suite/bar had awesome drinks and a great variety of light bites. Christian, our butler, was very knowledgeable and made everything an easy process. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!"
