    The Space:

    *CONSTRUCTION NOTICE* Beginning April 2026, the tennis courts will be demolished and be remodeled into more parking. This project is estimated to take 8 weeks and during this time you will experience noise and notice workers and equipment onsite during working hours.



    Located in Miramar Beach, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo features amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen and in-unit laundry, plus a large balcony with views of the Gulf of Mexico and the surrounding community. Property amenities include two pools (one heated seasonally), a hot tub, game room, tennis courts, and a fitness center. Mainsail is walking distance to Silver Sands Premium Outlets, offering dozens of stores and restaurants. The check in was as described although very much a stickler for time. The rental company was not very accommodating to any of our requests. The unit was clean on the surface although the carpet was very dirty and there was a strong musty smell. The unit is spacious considering there were 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, had plenty of linens, and a new washer and dryer. It has plenty of cooking equipment and dishes although no other kitchen or bathroom essentials. The pool was not heated. The elevator was out of service several times during our stay. Also you need to make sure you know how to parallel park, the parking was a nightmare. Very limited.
