With on-site dining, beach bar, resort gym, shared pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub, this resort is sure to please!

This centrally located resort is right in the middle of all the area has to offer. Check out nearby Destin Commons for an afternoon of shopping and end the evening with dinner and bowling at Uncle Bucks Fish Bowl. The sportsman in your group will be thrilled to know this area offers some of the best deep sea fishing on the Gulf Coast, as well as many options for golf.

The pool and hot tub. The restaurant was quite good.

Check in was quick we enjoyed our stay even though we got there when the tropical storm was coming in. The only downside was parking , they didn’t have enough for people staying there.

Yeah, if you're reading this review, know this.. the accommodations are everything that's stated on the listing. Its clean, spacious and designed perfectly where the 2 master rooms are separated on each side of the place. 3 bathrooms. Honestly, the unit was perfect. The carpet OUTSIDE of the room.. that belongs to the building itself.. blah. Smells mildewey.. and the pool.. ehh. But the bridge connecting to the tiki bar thing was cool. Anyway, if you need to accommodate a large group, reasonable price, terrific location.. I say go for it!

The entire rental experience was easy. The only thing I would like to be able to store my luggage as we had an early arrival. The condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Would certainly rent again

Minutes from the beach, literally across the street. The place was clean, restaurant next door, bar on the beach. Beautiful white sand and clear water with a tint of green blue. They even included umbrella and chairs! Parking on the location! Great stay!

Loved the location to the beach, a quick walk across the street and views amazing! We utilized all 3 bedrooms of the Unit 711/711A space was great, but description of sleeping 12 isn't exactly accurate unless it means putting 3 people in the king bed which isn't reasonable. I'd say it comfortably sleeps 10, maybe 11 with one on the couch which is NOT a sofa bed as described. Aside from our key incident that left us locked out of our room for about an hour after hours the stay was overall great and we would book again if anything for the location alone!

My family and I enjoyed this stay in 711. The couch does not make into a bed, so be aware of that. It had what we needed for a week of family fun.
