The kitchen is complete with coordinated appliances, granite countertops and a 3-seat breakfast bar. Perfect for whipping up a beach snack on-the-go or a sunset dinner on the large, wrap-around balconies. The living space is appointed with comfort and style, perfect for a break after a day of exploring the resort.

The bountiful views continue in the Master Bedroom where a king-size bed, airy décor and plush linens offer the perfect excuse to sleep in late. The adjacent bathroom is outfitted with stylish tile work in its shower/tub combination and single vanity sink. Back in the foyer, a unique feature of this property are its dual entrances. To the right, you’re led into the beautifully designed studio space which hosts a bedroom and living space with coastal accents and plush linens. The quaint but ample accommodations provide the perfect, private retreat for your guests. Its kitchenette offers an opportunity to enjoy a cup of coffee from the private balcony – a moment to yourself before joining the rest of the guests. Its en suite bathroom has a shower tub combination with a single vanity sink.

Amazing Condo with a View of the Emerald Gulf Water

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just returned from five nights staying in luau 7701/7703. This condo is in immaculate condition, the cleanest property we have stayed at. The condo is two bedroom/2 bath and has a kitchen that is stocked with utensils, Keurig, full fridge, new glass cooktop stove/oven. We did not cook so I did not look for pans, but I am sure they were there. The wrap around balcony with the view of the Gulf is beautiful. You are a short walk to the beach. You have storage access which has two beach chairs an umbrella and beach cart. The pool was heated and very large. In the rooms are wrist bands for the pool and cards to use the resort tram. There is a ton to do within the Resort. Having both the Gulf side and the bayside lends way to lots of shops and restaurants. We would definately recommend this condo and resort. The only thing that could have been better was communication with the rental company. I had to call the day before to get the door code and then we had trouble getting into the parking garage because you need a code. You also need the code to the storage to get the beach chairs. If they do not reach out to you two days before you go to leave, reach out to them. Once we got all the information, the rest of the stay went well. Overall a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend.
