No access to Ariel 1 pool and my little wanted their splash with the main… nice pool at this location and was perfect for them. Couldn’t find parking pass for the stay and couldn’t find dishwasher solution. Otherwise couldn’t have asked for a better stay would highly recommend and hopefully I’ll be back. ##### Jacob E. I am overall very happy with this place. I would have a suggestion though. The waterfall shower is very beautiful but very impractical. It doesn’t have enough pressure. It was everything described. The management company on the other hand was a nightmare to deal with. I am still waiting for a call back, day 3, regarding a repair charge for something we did not break. $545 is a lot of money to be charged on top of the rental price. Very disappointed. ##### Donna B. This place had wonderful reviews but we had nothing but problems. We started our trip off with no hot water, so called and it took them a day and a half to fix it. They said we would be provided a parking pass which we never found and got a ticket. Then of course our hot water went out again and instead of making us priority we went another 2 days without hot water. So that's a total of 4 out of 6 days with out hot water and we have a 1.5 year old and 3 month old. The lack of communication was just ridiculous. We asked for a partial refund and shocker.... no response. And we texted 2 different people. See the no response on photos below.
