The kitchen is well equipment with granite countertops, new sleek stainless steel appliances inclusive of a side-by-side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, electric stovetop, dishwasher & microwave. Your chef can have his/her own space with plenty of room to invite several helpers. The dining room table has seating for (6) with kitchen counter seating for (3). If you choose to BBQ, the community grills are located off the pool. Please note, the granite kitchen counter is so long one end can be used to set up a mini home office space with free WiFi. The living room features a large 55” flat screen TV with a cozy seating with a sofa and (2) arm chairs where you can snuggle up & enjoy movies or play games on the coffee table! The windows & glass door off the living room offers a private covered patio to sit outside & snuggle up with a great book under the palm trees. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat screen TV, ceiling fan & a spacious ensuite bathroom. The bathroom spans over 20’ with tiled floors, a double vanity with granite counters, deep soaking tub, walk-in glass encased tiled shower with a separate water closet/commode for privacy. Two guest bedrooms are located down the hallway near the entrance. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed & the second guest bedroom has one full bunk bed & twin bunk bed. Main issue - when we arrived we found out that the central AC wasn’t working properly and they had portable coolers in every room to supplement. I complained and they provided us an excursion comp for our troubles. The maintenance man was also nice. I do wish they had told us from the beginning about the AC instead of letting us find out in person on our vacation. I recommend asking about this before you go. This was our first time visiting this area and we were unsure of what to expect... Overall we had a very good experience with this rental. Check-in and check-out were extremely smooth. Our rental was on the first floor which made it easy to load and unload. The unit was very clean and there was more than enough room to accommodate everyone in our party. We couldn’t have asked for a better location which was directly across the street from the beach access. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area! ##### Leticia F. More than enough space for my family and literally across the street from the beach. Although we enjoyed ourselves we had to listen to the people above us stomping and running around every evening. It was terrible. Also, there were a few stains on a couple of the pillow cases and the shower curtain. Lastly, please wash or change the dining room table chair cushions. It was so close to everything (walk across the street to the beach, go up the road to the outlets, amazing restaurants within 5-15 minutes, etc). Being on the bottom floor is never great (you’re bound to hear everyone above you), but we were still able to sleep through the night. The beds and pillows were a little uncomfortable, but nothing worth taking a star off for. Also, we appreciated having cable TV. Sometimes you just want to spend an hour doing nothing / watching TV. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The price is right, it’s super convenient, and it’s a lovely condo! ##### Becky S. It was clean & very well maintained. The location was a short walking distance from the beach & it had a heated pool on premises. I would definitely stay again.
