Cons: decor is dated, chaise in master bedroom was stained, you can hear the people upstairs pulling furniture around (scraping noises that we assumed were kitchen chairs being pulled in and out from the table), extra sleeping pillows were stained, beach area that was designated for Ariel Dunes was very crowded, and exercise room is small for a high rise of this size. I also received a phone call from the company who manages this condo informing me that the homeowners association received a noise complaint about us. Our 2 young adult sons were out of the condo with me and my husband was working on his computer. Also, when we all four of us were in the condo we were pretty quiet. I asked what kind of noise were we being accused of causing? I was told that they weren't given any details but if they continued receiving complaints we would be fined! The Real Joy representative told me not to worry if it wasn't us causing the noise but we worried the rest of our stay about making any noise at all for fear that we would be fined additional monies. It really put a damper on the remainder of our stay. ##### Laura B.
