There is plenty of room for 8 people. We loved that it had an extra shower upstairs. It made it convenient for all the girls getting ready at the same time. It has a shower outside to rinse off too. The house is convenient to restaurants and shops and the beach is a short golf cart ride away, or you could walk it.
