The gorgeous waters of the Gulf are only a two minute walk across the street from the condo. Staff were for the most part kind and friendly, although one of the maintenance men was condescending towards my wife when she asked a question about the dryer. The washing machines and dryers were broken during our stay and looked very old. I didn't have a problem with the condo being on the bottom floor, but we would wake up to find people above us had thrown their trash or food onto our patio overnight.
