The condo came clean and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable and there was lots of closet space. We loved sitting out on the balcony and watching the sun set. It’s only a short walk to the beach and so convenient to great restaurants and shopping. Drinking our morning coffee watching the pelicans & a lady skateboarding with 2 German Shepherds was fun! Condo's light fixtures & fans were updated, but the kitchen appliances, especially the stove, need replacing as do the bathroom mirrors. Property manager Renda was very responsive & easy to communicate with from renting to checking out. We were surprised the condo doesn't include the Umbrella & 2 Beach chairs for rent on the beach - 50/day - other resorts adjacent include them. We hope to return. ##### Michele A. The host was very communicative the whole trip & always responded within minutes. The condo was very clean & had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were VERY comfortable & the direct view of the beach was incredible. We’ve stayed at multiple condos in the area & this was by far our favorite & the most convenient.
