Beach Retreat Condominiums-2746 Scenic Gulf Drive-located in the heart of Destin! Beach Retreat is a private, gated community ideal for family vacations. Established in 2003, Beach Retreat is only 4 stories with 44 units with convenient parking. Elevators and staircases are located on both ends of the complex for your convenience.

It is a great place for families to use alone or share with friends. It offers a vacation with all the comforts and amenities of home! It is only a short distance from Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, the water park, restaurants and walking distance from the Pompano Joe's, Kenny D's & Captain Dave's! Beach Retreat is located on the 'beach road' which allows you to enjoy the beautiful ocean while you walk your pet or ride your bike.

Beach Retreat offers a club house for all gatherings. It is complete with TVs, game tables, and a kitchen. An exercise room is also available for guests. The pool is heated and 3000 sq. feet with a hot tub to the side. Restrooms are located in the pool area for your convenience. We offer 2 complimentary beach chairs and 1 umbrella.

Beach Retreat #110 is a non-smoking, pet friendly unit that has been completely remodeled.The interior colors inspired by the beach, blue water, sugar white sand , even the walls depict the iridescence of the interior of seashells. This condo offers the highest quality of amenities. You will find all the extras that you would not normally find in a rental unit! The kitchen is equipped with all custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances along with beautiful granite counter tops. 52' inch high definition LCD TV's occupy the living room and master bedroom, along with LCD TVs in 2 guest rooms. The master bedroom and living room TVs include! A Bose stereo system with phone/ipod adapters are located throughout the unit. The balcony is a great place to start the morning out! There is nothing more relaxing than enjoying the ocean view while you drink your morning coffee!

Sleeping arrangements: (sleeps 8)

This serene master bedroom was inspired by the fabulous view of our glistening sandy white beach. The ensuite bath, its large garden tub, glassed walk-in shower and large double vanity is accentuated with stone and glass tiling . The Swarovski crystal chandelier provides a glistening ambiance. The king master bedroom offers a panoramic ocean view with access to the balcony! The master bathroom also includes custom cabinets, granite, and a walk-in closet.

The guest bedroom offers a king size bed with a wall mounted, pillowtop mattress, flat screen TV with adjoining bathroom. The adjoining bathroom is an amazing full size bath featuring a bathtub with a tiled shower, custom cabinets, and a granite countertop.

Our beach inspired third bedroom is complete with a built in full size bed, pillowtop mattress, wall mounted flat screen TV, and dressing table.

There is an additional queen sofa sleeper in the living room!

Rest comfortable in the pillow top mattresses and black out drapes!

The only problem you'll have is leaving!!

Fun Family Beach Getaway

If you are looking to just relax & take in the beach & and sun this is the perfect condo! My family and I soaked in the amazing view & atmosphere. Without a doubt will book again. Near many restaurant options & shopping was a plus.

Property clean and comfortable. As described. Fullly stocked except for trash bags . First floor very convenient to walk across to beach and to walk the pet. View may not be as good as upper level but convienient and clean. Would stay again.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay there. Very nice luxurious accommodations. Very convenient to all right on the main Gulf Blvd. Right across from the beach. Liked pet friendly and kid friendly. Thank you for allowing pets and kids. Very clean and fairly quiet for a very busy location. Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed our stay. My husband and I brought his son and his two kids 9 and 12 for their first Gulf Coast Destin Beach trip every. A Great experience. We highly recommend. Host was very good to deal with. I contacted her early and all through the time before arrival. Everything was as promised in the ad. Book this condo and enjoy.

Could Not Have Been Better

Our stay in unit 110 is fabulous. Brooke and Tom were wonderful communicators. We started to unwind the moment we walked through the door. There’s so much to do in the area, or you can do nothing at all. I enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset each day. We were there mid December and even in inclement weather had a fantastic time. The unit is clean, welcoming, and provides everything that you need. We have not celebrated a Christmas so special as we did at Miramar Beach. Thank you for a wonderful time.

WONDERFUL!

This place is exactly as described. The view off the patio was so beautiful, and you really couldn’t hear the cars, bikes, golf carts, or walkers outside when you were inside. The kitchen had everything you could want, and made meal prep a breeze! My favorite part was the SHOWER!!! As a working mom with 3 kids and 2 dogs and a husband that works long hours “me time” is hard to come by. There were 3 adults, 3 kids, and 2 dogs and we ALL had plenty of room, inside and on the patio! I looked forward to that shower every evening… very spa like. Both bathrooms had the amazing shower and my 12 year old even said “I just stand there for like 5 min and close my eyes.” It’s walking distance to many local food and snack places, and a short drive to others along the strip. Will defiantly stay there again!😎

Comfy in Miramar but

The condo is lovely and well appointed and equipped. We don't usually stay at Miramar - too busy even at Christmas, but it was close to family. We did not like being across from the busy Scenic Gulf Drive, and also being on the walking/bike path, which meant no privacy, given that this unit is on the ground level. Our dogs parked at everyone that went by. An hour after we checked in the smoke alarm went off. It took over two hours for the maintenance guy to arrive and turn it off. Thankfully Brooke allowed us to sit in another unit, but she seemed very irritated. Again, loved the unit but not right for us.

Perfect condo, perfect location

Immediately upon arrival, I was in awe at how adorable and clean the property was. The condo was absolutely perfect for our family, baby, and husky. Everyone was extremely pleased. The porch was just perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or mimosa. I actually loved the scenic highway and beach walk. It was a great spot for people watching. Not overly busy, not overcrowded at all. I was in love with how dog friendly the area was. But fyi, dogs are definitely not allowed on the beach without a permit, and people do patrol. We took her anyways early evenings and played dumb if anyone said anything lol. Destin is beautiful, the closest thing to the Caribbean you can get. Brooke was quick to respond with any questions I had. Overall, The Beach Retreat is quaint, quiet, and in an amazing location. The pool is wonderful. We usually have pretty high standards when it comes to travel, and this place exceeded that. Thank you for an amazing vacation!
