High up on the 21st floor the views from this Upscale vacation rental are nothing short of breath taking. This unit is situated overlooking the luminescent emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You are just a stone's throw away from the 2,000 linear feet of the sugary white shoreline.

Inside this unit is very well decorated and set up perfectly for a family of 8. Sweeping views can be enjoyed from the living area, or the nearby balcony which has plenty of seating to enjoy a midday snack or afternoon glass of your favorite beverage. The Living area is comfortably furnished with entertainment cabinetry, cushioned chairs and a couch that converts into a queen sized sleeper sofa if need be.

The master bedroom boasts a large king size bed, along with a full bath en suite with vanity sinks, a garden tub, and a separate shower. This room also has a private access to the balcony.

The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a sunny window, and access to a full hall bath. Just off the hallway you will also notice a set of twin bunks for the kids.

This fantastic location on Scenic Gulf Drive is close to popular beach front restaurants and bargain shopping at the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which is one of the nation’s largest discount designer centers. Grocery stores and wine outlets are conveniently nearby. You may enjoy reduced rates for championship golf or tennis right next door at Seascape along with water recreation craft as an Ocean Reef Resorts guest. Fine restaurants, lively bars, seasonal festivals, and abundant amusements are also nearby close by at Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

Twenty-First Floor:

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Nook, Laundry.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

Clean, bright, spacious, great location, only 3-5 minute walk to beach, great pools. The unit has a wonderful, large balcony, with plenty of seating, that overlooks the Gulf. My family and I will definitely stay here again.

Condo was very nice, spacious and location was perfect! Beds were comfy, bathrooms are clean, patio is great size. Very short walk and easy access to the beach. Amenities were great!! We loved our Fall Break week at this condo and will definitely stay again. Floors were a tiny bit sandy in some areas upon arrival (picky about floors when barefoot) and the broom was broken, but it was a quick fix with a mop and hot water!! Great stay overall!!!!

This room Is perfect for 6 people. No more. Lol It was clean. Had clean sheets for the pull out couch. Bathrooms was a great size. Perfect view! The fridge smelt a little like fish:/ and the smoke alarms started going off and we had to call maintenance but other than that, everything was great. Definitely recommend this room.

the view was amazing to the beach. The condo was very nice and clean. Everything was perfect.

Absolutely horrible experience. I booked **** and somehow got out in room 609 which did not accomated my family at all. The condo was in poor shape and kitchen was all mismatched cracked dishes and limited kitchen utensils. The floors and carpet were filthy and the stove was dirty upon arrival. I contacted property manager Cameron who was rude and arrogant did not even attempt to do anything to make the situation right. Ruined entire vacation. Never again will I stay with them !

All good however mattress pads were not clean on pull out sofa- stained and dirty - had to launder upon arrival

The stay was great with the exception of the pool. Drinks had to be four foot from the edge of the pool and they had security walking around checking on your every move. We will not stay at this property again due to the strict rules of the pool area. One family was asked to leave the pool area because the were being load, which they weren’t. A vacation area with a pool should be fun!!
