Enjoy beautiful, direct views of the beach and the gulf from this nineteenth floor condo (#1908) in Ariel Dunes I. Appropriately named “Bliss at the Beach”, this tastefully decorated and updated 2-bedroom condo features one of the prime locations in Miramar Beach: Seascape Resort. Take a short walk to the private beach and you’ll be relaxing on the sugar white sand. “Bliss at the Beach” sleeps a total of 4 with a king bed in the master bedroom and twin bed arrangement in the second bedroom. The master bath features a stand-alone shower, soaking tub, and twin vanities, while the main bath offers a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has direct access to the main bath This condo is equipped with complimentary high-speed wireless internet service, cable, SMART TV & DVD player in the living room and both bedrooms have cable TV too. It also features an in-unit washer/dryer, as well as full kitchen with newer stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. A 10-cup drip style coffeemaker (basket style filter), Keurig coffeemaker coffee bean grinder, full-size blender, 7-quart slow cooker, rice/vegetable/fish steamer and air fryer are also furnished, in addition to plenty of pots & pans if you care to do your own meal preparation. The location was perfect and centrally located, just steps away from the beach and not far from shopping, attractions and restaurants. We stayed here for a Babymoon vacation with just my husband and myself, and had such a great time! The manager, Chris, was so responsive to anything we needed, and checked in on us via text to make sure the condo was to our liking. The view from the patio was like a dream! You could hear the ocean waves from there and it was so relaxing to just sit out there, or even right inside on the comfy recliner seats by the door (which were my favorite seats in the house!). We loved the fact that it was so close to, not only the beach, but some great restaurant choices nearby. We ate at the Mezcal Mexican Grill one day for brunch, which was amazing. We hung out one night at the Village Door Music Hall and my husband even got brave enough to sing some karaoke the night we were there. The food there was also great! We also tried to the Cabana Cafe located in the same building as the condo, and it was a nice little place to catch a casual bite to eat. They also had a crawfish boil the Saturday we were there, that we didn't partake in, but it smelled and looked delicious! Overall, we had such a great time that we decided this will be our first of MANY trips to the Destin area! One thing to mention just about the location, is there is quite a bit of construction that is going on down the main road to get back and forth from the Destin hotspots that made it a little longer to get around and do some things, but that has nothing to do with the condo or owners. Just thought I'd mention it for anybody that may be going back and forth from that area. I'm thinking by our next trip out there, the new roads will make it a breeze to get around! Initial check in was problematic, the office was closed, and the unit was left unopened. However, we had no way to lock the unit as we did not have an entry code. It took several hours to get in touch with property management, VRBO was unsuccessful in contacting the agent. Once I was able to reach the property manager, the stay was problem free. The manager was very helpful and made sure our questions were answered. The view from the balcony was very nice, the unit was mostly quiet, with he exception of overhead neighbors running around for a few hours two nights and the very strong odor from the same smoking marajuana on the balcony above ours. I do feel slightly bad that I did not check out properly, however if these instructions were given initially, I would have done so. Receiving an email the night before and not checking my email until I had already returned home wasn’t an effective form of communication for me. The unit was amazing and the owners obviously care for the property and we were very gracious that they have it available for rent.
