Lounge about the luxurious resort pools (heated) and enjoy the private beach access. When you are feeling sporty, there are tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts on-site. Choose between seven on-site restaurants or make use of the shared grilling areas and enjoy a home-style cookout. You'll leave with plenty of fun, irreplaceable memories.

Upon entrance, you'll be delighted at the bright interior and the airy ambiance throughout the space. You'll love hosting movie nights on the large TV in the living area, while also indulging in the magnificent view from your own private terrace. The living area, dining area, and kitchen are all adjacent to each other so there will be no missed out conversation here. The chef of the group will love preparing grand meals or snacks on the go in the full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that seats three. Sleep soundlessly on soft beds, watch your favorite show in bed, and wash the sand off in spacious bathrooms with a walk-in shower, standalone tub, and double-sink vanity.

Great but no blackout blinds

The place is great. You have everything you need and the view to the beach is beautiful. The only thing is room does not have blackout blinds and the sofa would be replace. It has a rare smell.

The view is great. The check in process is hassle-free. The unit itself is decent at best. A bit outdated and not the cleanest. You get what you pay for and the price was the best part for a view like that.

Needs a deep cleaning and remodel.

The condo is nice if you just need somewhere to rest your head at night. It obviously hasn't been cleaned properly in a long time. Splatters/black scuffs on the walls, dirty floors, ceiling fans and mattresses are worn out, barely any cookware. I wouldn't recommend this unit. Ariel Dunes itself is great because I've stayed in other units but I recommend finding a different one than this one.

Construction and pre booked relocation,

Missing amenities. No parking passes. Waited 1.5 hours no entry code for condo. No entry code for amenities. No wristbands. Prepaid late checkout 2 days prior. Locked out of condo on final day and entered by facility cleaners prior to check out Property did not have enough furniture for advertised 5-6 people. Only enough for max 4 seating 1 chair 1 small couch and 2 high chairs on balcony empty otherwise condo was very clean
