This beautiful Destin beach house boasts 2 houses, its own private 26X13 ft swimming pool and beach access. This combined vacation rental property consists of over 2800 square feet of comfortable living space. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The carriage house has 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath on the first floor. Each house has a full kitchen, dining area, and living room.

Only 500 feet to Destin’s sugar white sands and emerald green water. Perfect for a family beach vacation, spring retreat, weddings or just a fun couples get together, the home offers something for everyone. Relax in the large garden tub, bask in the sun on the deck around the private pool or simply read a book on the balcony. Come stay at this tropical slice of heaven. It’s just what you have been waiting for!

Front House:

First floor - 1 bedroom with king bed and queen sleeper sofa in the living room with a full shared bathroom on the first floor as well.

Second floor - 1 bedroom with king bed and kids twin bunk as well as a private bathroom with garden tub and private balcony. 1 bedroom with Queen bed and double over double bunk bed.

Carriage House:

First floor - Queen sleep sofa in living room and a half bath.

Second floor - 2 bedrooms each with a king bed, private full bath and balcony.

Spring break 2025

Overall, everyone enjoyed their time here. The kiddos used the private pool a lot! Easy access to the beach. It was nice to have the 2 houses. The cleanliness of the place was Ok, lights out by the pool didn’t all work. We’d score the place 7.5/10!

Not what I expected

The online pictures are awesome but surprise not exactly true........the pool was dirty, landscaping overgrown which made the patio area dirty. The railing on the porch at main house was falling off. There was food in the furniture and under the furniture that had been there for who knows how long. The furniture and rugs were very stained. The toilet paper holder upstairs in the main house fell off the wall. The kitchen ware was a mess, afraid to cook in it. Overall cleanliness was not good. The pictures do not paint the correct picture of what you are actually getting. Access to thee beach was awful, the bicycles had flat tires. The grill had caught on fire but was replaced the next day. Would I stay here again? Very doubtful! Location was good.

The location of the property is amazing!

The location of the property is amazing and accommodates a large family easily. The description of the bed arrangements is incorrect, but The pictures accurately show what it currently looks like. The property manager was prompt to come up with a solution when it didn’t fit our needs. She was also very helpful with any and all questions we had. I do think that the exterior of house could use some TLC. Overall, I would recommend this property to a large family and children! The privacy is a huge plus!
