"I could not have ask for a better place to stay for my winter holiday trip in Freeport, Maine. This studio apartment went above my expectations. The entire space was much larger than I thought it would be. From the entry downstairs & throughout the entire apartment, it was clean & well-kept. "My group of 25 friends have stayed for a long weekend every winter for the past 4 years. The grounds are great, the hot tub is wonderful. There will occasionally be wear/wobble on chairs and such but that is just what happens with furniture - and I can attest that since our last stay they've replaced the large sofa in the main floor living room. The sound system is great as well (though it does skip a bit on the balcony, we just didn't use those speakers). Incredible value, friendly caretaker, no complaints."
