We called the day before to inquire about pool and hot tub as there were issues in past. We were assured they were operating. Hot tub was broken entire stay and pool was open for a half day only then closed sign was put up. We were told we would be contacted...

« The property was dirty in almost every respect: stains on the carpet and couch in the room, stains and rips in the towels, the shower sutras. Looked like it had mold on the bottom, never replaced the Kleenex, an item that was not trash was mistaken for trash and taken, the elevator flooring was ripped, the elevator sound like it may fail at any moment, ripped paint on the mirror, poor lighting in the bathroom, the pool area had trash and cigarette butts, and the pool is very cold - not heated as...

« The hotel is totally renovated. Each suite has the kitchen with a full fridge that has an ice maker. Bed is very comfortable and lots of choice for pillows. If you miss breakfast hours they still have fruit, cereal, yogurt, coffee, tea and milk available if you prefer to sleep in. Staff is always asking if you need anything just ask. Close to the mall and eating places. We were there for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again. »
