It is a duplex and you can hear a bit near the back entry (this was said in the description), but couldn't hear anyone from the other side throughout the house and even in the bedroom (which is off the back entry). It was decorated perfectly, comfortable bed and overall space. We enjoyed the proximity to Minnehaha Falls, restaurants, and a grocery store- all in walking distance. The property owner was very communicative and responsive. After realizing there is one door on the outside and two private doors beyond that we were able to settle in nicely! The fenced backyard was really convenient to let our dog out even in the rain/sleet we were getting!
