  • The Cooper is a private bungalow unit just blocks from West River Parkway -minutes from downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul. The main floor of this charming home has rich hardwood floors -a sun filled living room with gas fireplace , a spacious dining room -a well equipped kitchen- 2 delightful bedrooms - a full bath with tub/shower and in the lower level there is an inviting media /family room with a 55” tv with sound bar and a laundry room . Perfectly located , convenient to most everything. It’s a great place, quiet area and I have loved living in this neighborhood for the last 20 years!
