The City of Lights (aka Paris) might be first to come to mind for romantic weekend getaways, but we’re here to prove that the City of Lakes is just as special. There may not be an Eiffel Tower here, but there is the iconic Foshay Tower, and instead of the Seine River, we have the scenic Mississippi. And instead of tiny, old hotel rooms, we have this spacious, contemporary loft that’s ideal for two (but roomy enough for 4) in Minneapolis’ trendy North Loop neighborhood.

--BED and BATH--
This condo can sleep up to 4 guests, but it’s ideal for couples, duos or solo travelers:
• Bedroom: 1 cozy king bed, separated from the living room with a partial wall for privacy
• Living room: 1 pull-out couch (queen), large enough for 2 guests

There’s plenty of closet space in the bedroom, and contemporary artwork adds a pop of style. And our freshly laundered, high-quality bedding will make you want to sleep late the next morning!

The bathroom is located outside of the bedroom so it’s convenient for all of the guests, and it includes a large tub/shower, toilet, and sink. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light and look fabulous.

Head up to the rooftop deck for panoramic views of the Minneapolis skyline, plenty of outdoor seating options, and BBQ stations where you can try your hand at grilling a Minnesotan classic, the Juicy Lucy.

On the first floor, you’ll find a swanky Member’s Lounge with a custom shuffleboard table.

Booking Requirements:
• 30+ Night Stays may require a lease. If the stay will be paid in monthly installments, a lease will be required and a security deposit equal to one month's rent is due at signing. If the stay is paid in full at time of booking, no lease is required.
• Security Deposit: A refundable $2500 security deposit may be required, depending on the length of the reservation.. The deposit is refunded within 5–7 days after checkout, assuming no damage or excessive cleaning. Payment (when applicable): ACH (no fee) or credit card (3% processing fee). Lease and security deposit requirements do not apply to Airbnb bookings. By booking, guests agree to this policy.
• All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.)
• All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
• Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.
• A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking.
• Discounts are valid only at checkout, are not retroactive, and cannot be combined with other offers.
• All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking. Refunds outside of this policy are not guaranteed.
• Minnestay is not responsible for travel delays or cancellations due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
• Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.


House Rules:
• Check in: 4pm; Check out: 11am. Check‑in and check‑out times must be followed unless early/late arrangements are approved and are subject to additional fees.
• This is a smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vape, etc). There is no smoking allowed inside the property, on balconies/rooftop decks (Sable), or within 25 feet of the property. Fees will be assessed for smoking inside any part of the property, including common areas (Sable).
• No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• Pet‑friendly listings allow dogs only; all other homes are no‑pets. Please provide prior notice to Minnestay team if you plan to bring your pet. Pet fee is required and varies based on the number of dogs, starting at $150. Most pet-friendly homes allow a maximum of one dog; please inquire in advance if you wish to bring more. Certified Service Animals are welcome at all properties (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well (does not apply to Sable).
• Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able.
• Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.
• Additional daytime or overnight visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
• Please follow all posted instructions for fire pits, grills, hot tubs, saunas and other amenities that may be located on the premise. Guests are responsible for safe and proper use of all equipment.
• All guests must comply with local ordinances, including noise, occupancy, and parking regulations. Any violation that results in fines or penalties may be passed on to the guest.
• Guests are responsible for damages that occur during their stay. Claims will be handled in accordance with platform policies and the rental agreement.
• Please do not move or rearrange major furniture (beds, sofas, tables, dressers, etc.). Damage caused by moving furniture may result in additional charges, and any labor required to return items to their original placement may incur a fee.
• Minnestay is not responsible for noise, traffic, construction, or neighboring activity outside of the property’s control. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances.
• Temporary interruptions of utilities, Wi-Fi, or streaming services may occur and do not qualify for refunds.
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-8AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents around this property.
• Security cameras may be on site, located on the exterior or in the common areas (Sable) of the property.
• Loss of any physical keys, key fobs(Sable), garage door openers and/or parking passes (Sable) will incur a fee.
• Fines up to $2000 per violation may be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules.

Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

Very nice

Overall the unit was very clean, quite and in a great location for dining and events. Checking in was somewhat confusing with the lockboxes. Additionally, even though there was a "reserved" parking spot in the garage for the unit. We found out it's not guaranteed if there's an event nearby and the garage fills up. So make sure you have a backup plan.

Such a cute place! It was easy to access and get set up for check in and check out. The only “issue” is that the bed makes a ton of noise when you get into it or if you move while sleeping. We ended up buying a similar mattress pad for home because of how comfy it was though!!!

Perfect for our needs

We were in town for baseball games and other things. It’s a perfect location to walk to the ballpark. It was clean and comfortable. Only issue was the bed. It creaked like it was going to break when getting in, out, and any movement. The 2 mattress toppers were quite a bit smaller than the mattress itself. That being said we would stay again if in the area.

Industrial Charm

Perfect location to explore all that the North Loop District has to offer. Clean and comfortable property equipped with all the amenities you can hope for. We were thrilled to have free parking in the garage during our stay. Booking was a breeze and our host was very responsive and helpful. The Sable building boasts industrial charm. The lobby is inviting and we loved hanging out on the roof top terrace before catching a concert at Target Field which was only a short walk away.

Hello! Thank you for the great stay! There were a couple things we wanted to note about the room: The lamp on the left side of the bed did not work. Not sure if it’s the lightbulb or what. There was something slippery next to the right and left side of the bed on the nightstands that we needed to wipe up. The coffee table was dusty and we needed to clean it off. The bottom of the bed frame underneath is broken which made it creaky when we would move around while sleeping.

Beautiful Spacious Apartment Downtown

Beautiful Apartment. All the amenities you could possibly need, complete even with a washer and dryer in the bathroom. My favorite was the walkin closet. We stayed for a few weeks so I had plenty of space to hang up all of my outfits. Another HUGE BONUS in Downtown Minneapolis, paid parking inside the parking ramp! Last place I'd stayed didn't have that in I racked up a fortune having to pay for parking meters and inside the parking ramp. There's a huge Salvation Army thrift store within walking distance that has two levels. The top level is all brand new merchandise that come's from store's, a lot of stuff from target. Their used selection wasn't as big downstairs but they had tons of rolling suitcases, most between $5-$7. It was a really lovely apartment to call home for the few weeks we would stay there.
