The Space:

1 bedroom is located on the main level, and 2 bedrooms are upstairs. Extra sleeping space can be arranged on the lower level sofa or main level with an air mattress kept in main floor closet.

Amenities Included:
High Speed Wifi, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, parking, and self check-in! Board games, video games, backyard, the main TV is equipped with a Roku, while the lower level TV has an Amazon Firestick.
We provide a few basics to make your stay enjoyable before having to run to the store such as coffee, tea, popcorn, seasonings, soaps and a blow dryer. You'll find plenty of towels and tp for the first few days. If you need anything, message us to see if we have it on hand.

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE respect the neighboring families. No loud music or disruptive parties. Neighbors will call authorities and shut it down, along with our business. Please book elsewhere if you want to go have a wild night!
We do have a strict no smoking policy, tobacco or marijuana- yes, it's still illegal in MN.
We reserve the right to charge any additional fees we incur for cleaning due to smoke or the stay of a pet or late check out.
We do not have a dishwasher and do ask that you wash your own dishes. We do not have an EV charger.
Garbage goes to the curb on Thursday night and we'll stop by to do this. If you prefer a contact free stay with us, let us know if you would prefer to take care of this.

Interaction with Guests:
I am happy to message through the AirBNB site if needed but will give you space and a contact free experience. Of course, if there is an emergency- I or someone will attend to it!
We use a key for the back door deadbolt or have a code for the front. Please do not lock the doorknobs; there no keys.
